Abstract: IntroductionThe duodenum is the second seat of onset of diverticula after the colon. Duodenal diverticulosis is usually asymptomatic, but duodenal perforation with abscess may occur.Case presentationWoman, 83 years old, emergency hospitalised for generalized abdominal pain.
