Analyzing the need for the implementation of the development of the ball volleyball lower serve instrument is one of the right ways to design what instruments are in accordance with the wishes of students so that learning objectives can be achieved. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is a need for the development of an artificial intelligence technology ball volleyball lower serve instrument. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with survey as the method used. The test instrument used is a questionnaire distributed by google form. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu with 194 respondents. The results of the study obtained students with a very needy category as many as 139 (71.65%), students with a needy category as many as 34 (17.53%) students, a moderate category of 7 (3.61%), a category of less need as many as 10 5.15%) and a category of very little need as many as 4 (2.06%) students. very low 24%. The findings of this study are that in general students at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung batu need the development of an instrument for serving under volleyball with Artificial Intelligence technology, with these findings, it is used as a basis for conducting further research to develop products in the form of a test instrument for serving under volleyball with Artificial Intelligence technology.

Study purpose. The goal of this project is to provide a basic volleyball skill exam for Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta students enrolled in the Sports Education study program. Materials and methods. This work employed experimental techniques. They are testing the reliability and validity of fundamental volleyball skills for students between 18 and 24. For objectivity and validity, personal correlations are employed in data analysis, while reliability coefficients between classes are used in data analysis for reliability. The population and sample consisted of 114 students studying sports education in the first and third semesters, including 64 males and 50 females. Results. The validity value, r = 0.653, was highly significant. Additionally, the researcher’s score with tester 1’s assistance is r = 0.759, with tester 2’s assistance is r = 0.651, and the correlation coefficient between the results of assistant testers one and two is a high r = 0.686. The objectivity value of the result score for the volleyball skill instrument was r = 0.787 for the researcher and examiner one and r = 0.705 for examiner two. The correlation coefficient between assistant examiners one and two was high at r = 0.706. The motion reliability score for volleyball skills was high (r = 0.652). The volleyball skill reliability score had a very high result score of r = 0.872. Conclusions. Based on the study findings, it is clear that the accuracy test of fundamental skills is highly effective and efficient and merits being used as a benchmark instrument to assess the skills of volleyball. To improve volleyball playing abilities, further research involving various factors, including social environment, psychosocial factors, and physical condition factors by student characteristics, is necessary. However, caution is required due to the small sample sizes used in this study and the need to consider other variables.

Hybrid sports education and step game approach: Improving volleyball skills

Mastering the technique of playing volleyball is important for every player. This will come in handy in gaming. Mastering it will make it easier to play and win. This study aims to determine whether step play and a hybrid approach to sport instruction will improve the skills of volleyball players. An experimental research methodology using a one-shot case study design was applied. This study was attended by 36 elementary school students using total sampling technique. They were instructed to participate in a joint sports education program between the Sport Education Model (SEM) and the Step Game Approach (SGA) for 14 meetings spread over two months, twice a week. The instruments used in this study were the Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ) and the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) were used to collect data. The results show good game performance, with yields exceeding 80% and a high proportion of each SOQ indicator, with an average of >80%. This shows that the combined learning model between SEM and SGA makes a positive contribution to students' volleyball playing techniques and skills. Through this combined learning it is hoped that students can learn techniques as well as their playing skills in real situations.
