Development of Areas and Public Purpose Investments in Suburban Territories

Abstract: Suburban areas are subjected to particularly strong investment pressure, thus facing the challenge arising from the need to impose new spatial order. Satisfying the residents' expectations by implementing necessary technical and social infrastructure becomes a priority.
