Development of an International Marketing Strategy for Domestic Enterprises During a State of War

The purpose of the article is to determine the state of economic security, ways to ensure its level, and ways to restore socio-economic development under the cumulative impact of threats. In order to realize this goal, an expert assessment of the components of economic security provided and the need to take into account the component of military-economic security indicated. It indicated that the task of neutralizing threats to military and economic security opens up new windows of opportunity, in particular opportunities in ensuring socio-economic development. Prerequisites for the use of opportunity windows are defined. The dynamic nature of threats of war that require institutional measures for permanent monitoring of dynamic threats, their operational analytical assessment and the introduction of tactics to neutralize threats and reduce their long-term negative impact, are indicated. An analysis of the state economic security provided, directions for improving this state by components of economic security indicated. The main factors on which the well-being of the country's population depends are determined, the effects of crises on the indicators of the levels of income and expenditure of the population analyzed, and the drivers of the deterioration of well-being are established. It noted that the deterioration of the socio-economic situation of households led to the narrowing of the domestic market, which had a negative impact on the functioning of SMEs. It indicated that this created a negative inverse multiplier effect on the well-being of the population. The negative effects of the crisis, which led to a reduction in production volumes in the agricultural sector, were identified. It indicated that this significantly limited the ability of the branch to fulfil food security tasks. Proposed ways to reduce the negative impact of war on agricultural production to ensure food security. The directions and recommendations for economic and food security and restoring socio-economic development are specified.

Проаналізовано поточні тенденції інноваційних змін у фінансових установах у процесі цифровізації; вивчено механізми та інструменти, використані фінансовими установами для впровадження цифрових інновацій; вивчено вплив інноваційних змін у фінансових установах на процеси управління соціальними конфліктами та визначено взаємозв'язок управління соціальними конфліктами й інноваційних перетворень у фінансових установах. Проведено комплексний аналіз зв’язку між цифровізацією, інноваційними трансформаціями та управлінням соціальними конфліктами в царині фінансових установ.У дослідженні впроваджено аналітичний інструмент, заснований на конструктивній геометрії, для вимірювання успішності інноваційної трансформації банків. Запропонована методика вирізняється універсальністю (застосовність до будь-яких об'єктів і в будь-яких царинах), простотою реалізації (відсутність необхідності додаткових методів або підходів, що забезпечує легку алгоритмічну реалізацію), швидкістю обчислень (дозволяє реалізацію при будь-якій розмірності вхідних параметрів), зручністю для користувача (забезпечує легке розуміння й зручність у програмній реалізації) та однорідністю вхідних показників-параметрів (дозволяє враховувати показники різної фізичної природи).

The study is devoted to the problems of the organization of the transition of the enterprise to the concept of performance-marketing, which allows to achieve stabilization of the financial stability of the enterprise in modern conditions. The purpose of the article is to investigate the essence of the concept of performance marketing and to develop a mechanism for the enterprise's transition to performance marketing as a condition for ensuring its financial stability. The article provides a description of the historical basis of the formation of domestic performance marketing and reveals its features and differences from other types of marketing. A definition of performance marketing and its basic principles is offered. Systematized performance marketing tools. The peculiarities of the company's transition to the performance concept are substantiated. The restraining factors of the development of the performance concept at the enterprise are analyzed. A system for evaluating the effectiveness of engagement channels has been developed. The proposed road map for the transition of the enterprise to performance marketing. A mechanism for transition to a performance approach in the company has been developed. The algorithm for building end-to-end analytics as the basis of performance marketing is described. The substantiation of the features of ensuring financial stability with performance-marketing tools has been carried out. The role of performance marketing at each stage of ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise is defined. In the article, it is proven that the implementation of performance marketing will provide an opportunity to increase the company's financial stability and to apply an exceptional strategy for optimizing the company's financial development, analyze and use the necessary financial parameters, based on the acceleration of the general economic development of the enterprise.
