This article looks at the protection of works produced by artificial intelligence, interpreted as objects of copyright in Indonesia. This article uses doctrinal research methods. This article answers legal issues regarding trading copyrighted works resulting from Artificial Intelligence in the form of Non-Fungible Tokens. The conceptual approach uses interpretation theory to examine statutory regulations to see the ideal form of recognition of intellectual property rights. The results of this research show that the existence of variations in AI as an object of intellectual property rights and the protection of works produced by AI in the form of Non-Fungible Tokens is protected preventively in the form of a license. Its repression is qualified as an infringement, and trade in works produced by artificial intelligence in Indonesia does not provide certainty because it only regulates in general, not specifically. The research concludes that the Indonesian government needs to review laws related to artificial intelligence and create regulations implementing the trading mechanism for digital copyrighted works in the form of NFTs and resolving disputes.

This research aims to show the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on fillings patent protection through patent rights. This research is normative legal research using a comparative legal approach in the Japanese AI protection system. The results indicate that the regulation of AI protection in intellectual property rights in Indonesia has not been accommodated in the Indonesian national legal system. However, the closest method for its protection can be performed through copyright, but it still has shortcomings, where AI in copyright protection is only considered the same as that of ordinary computer software in general, which should have significant differences. AI protection space in Japan can be accommodated through patents, provided that the AI in question contains elements or categories that can be protected through Japanese patents. AI protection as a patent right, in fact, has a very complicated and varied impact in Indonesia and Japan.

Introduction toThe Problem: The development of the creative industry has an impact on the need for capital. The government has made new policies related to the financing mechanism of the creative economy through Government Regulation (PP) Number 24 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Law Number 24 of 2019 concerning the Creative Economy. The government is trying to provide support in the form of a credit financing scheme with IPR as a collateral to financial institutions. Purpose/Objective Study: This study aims to determine the prospects of IPR as a credit guarantee after the issuance of PP Number 24 of 2022. To see the extent of the effectiveness of the PP, this study presents a comparison of IPR commercialization in Singapore, which is one of the countries that has successfully implemented IPR as a credit. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used is normative juridical with analytical descriptive specifications. Findings: The results indicated that to implement IPR as a credit guarantee, collaboration between institutions is needed and several instruments must be fulfilled, namely concerning legal regulations, government institutions, financial institutions, valuation institutions, insurance institutions, and secondary markets. Indonesia does not fully have these six instruments, especially in terms of institutions related to valuation institutions and their technical implementation guidelines, insurance institutions in case of bad credit, and the secondary market as the last place to sell IPR assets. The implication is that IPR-based credit financing for creative economy actors in Indonesia has not run optimally.
