<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aimed to develop a macrozoobenthos diversity module as a bioindicator of Metro River water quality based on problem-based learning. This is research and development type with ADDIE models. The assessment instruments used were validation questionnaires for material experts and teaching material development experts, and also practicality questionnaires for teachers and students. The subjects were 62 students of SMPN 15 Malang. The results of validation and practicality by material experts (100%), teaching material development experts (93.35%), teachers (95.67%), and students (83.51%) indicate that modules developed are valid and practical so it's feasible to use as environmental pollution teaching material.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan modul keragaman makrozoobentos sebagai bioindikator kualitas air Sungai Metro berbasis <em>problem based learning</em>. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Instrumen penilaian berupa angket validasi untuk ahli materi dan ahli pengembangan bahan ajar, serta angket praktikalitas untuk praktisi lapangan dan siswa. Subjek uji coba yaitu siswa SMPN 15 Malang sebanyak 62 siswa. Hasil validasi dan praktikalitas oleh ahli materi (100%), ahli pengembangan bahan ajar (93,35%), praktisi lapangan (95,67%), dan siswa (83,51%) menunjukkan bahwa modul berbasis PBL yang dikembangkan valid serta praktis sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi bahan ajaran pencemaran lingkungan.
