“…The full‐field soft x‐ray tomography (SXT) beamline (TPS24A) at the Taiwan Photon Source (TPS) in the National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center (NSRRC) is designed with a soft x‐ray energy range of 260 ~ 2,600 eV.
