“…Deriving from the fact that a new model with new concepts requires new assessment tools, there has been a towering development of measures to assess psychological flexibility, the first being the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ; with a later second version (AAQ-II; Bond et al, 2011) to address the limitations of the first version.
