Abstract: Abstract. The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a direct sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the immunoglobulin E (IgE) in serum and plasma from guinea pig using mouse monoclonal antibodies specific for guinea-pig IgE.
