In this article is considered influence of favorable and psychological climate in the pedagogical environment on effectiveness of training . Authors studied the types of psychological kompeks which are shown at teachers as the teacher establishes favorable psychological climate in the pedagogical environment. During article they lean to psychological complex of works of other scientists. Open the reasons of emergence of complexes. Authors consider faktors of formation of complexes at teachers.
