Developing future competencies of people employed in non-standard forms of employment: employers’ and employees’ perspective

Abstract: PurposeThe aim of this study is to analyze the differences between non-standard forms of employment (FoE) (i.e. dependent self-employment/business-to-business/B2B contract and contract of mandate) in terms of investing in the development of future competencies by employees and employers.
