Developing and Validating Short Form Protean and Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scales

Abstract: The Protean and Boundaryless Career Attitudes scales developed by Briscoe and colleagues have facilitated research on career attitudes and mindsets, but they are unnecessarily lengthy and somewhat redundant in their content.
