Abstract:Deubiquitination is an important form of post-translational modification that regulates protein homeostasis. Ovarian tumor domain-containing proteins (OTUDs) subfamily member OTUD3 was identified as a deubiquitinating enzyme involved in the regulation of various physiological processes such as immunity and inflammation. Disturbances in these physiological processes trigger diseases in humans and animals, such as cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, mastitis, etc. OTUD3 is aberrantly expressed in tumor… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
