Determination, simulation and implementation of a novel improved industrial cycloconverter

Abstract: SUMMARY Cycloconverter is an AC/AC converter which produces ac output voltage with desired amplitude and frequency. Cycloconverters are being used in important and very high power applications, such as cement, steel and chemistry industries.
