In this method to amounting of the trace amount of Cu (II) ions in aqueos Samples by CNT modified Amino-pyrrolidine dthiocarbamate (APDC) which in order to improve the performance of extraction and preconcentration was used. Amounting of the ions density in solution was performed by the method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The effective parameters on extraction such as: effect of pH, the amount and eluent solvent, time of extraction and effect of other cation were optimized. Concentrate factor was found 57 and LOD method of limit of detection was found to 0. 6µg.L -1. the relative standard deviation is 0.76% (RSD%).

A survey has been made of methods available for the spectrophotometric determination of copper in fabrics treated with copper-containing fungicides. Seven of the most promising copper reagents were compared on the basis of sensitivity, simplicity of procedure, and specificity for copper in the presence of the metallic oxides used to render fabrics resistant to fire, ultraviolet light, and water. Methods employing rubeanic acid and zinc dibenzyldithiocarbamate offered the best combination of desirable characteristics.These methods proved to be as precise as the electrolytic method described in current federal specifications. These methods were also successfully tested against commercially treated fabrics obtained through actual Army procurements.Since only 3-5 mg of fabric are required for each determination, these spectrophotometric methods offer a means of determining the evenness of application of the fungicide on the fabric. The analysis of commercial fabrics treated with copper 8-quinolinolate and copper naphthenate indicated that the textile manufacturing industry is capable of obtaining a very even distribution of this mixture of fungicides throughout the material. A method for purifying α‐amylase inhibitor from wheat meal based on immobilized metal affinity with a thermosensitive copolymer is developed. The studies represent the thermoprecipitation properties of the copolymers of N‐isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) with iminodiacetic acid (IDA) and 1‐vinylimidazole (VI), respectively. The polymer which is obtained by the copolymerization of 1‐vinylimidazole and N‐isopropylacrylamide, charged with Cu(II), exhibited specific interaction of the metal ions to the protein inhibitor. The precipitation was induced by salt and the recovery of the amylase inhibitor was achieved by dissolving the inhibitor‐polymer complex in imidazole buffer and subsequent precipitation of the polymer. A single family of the α‐amylase inhibitor was recovered from the polymer with 89% yield and about fourfold purification. The SDS‐PAGE pattern showed significant purification of the inhibitor. The binding of the inhibitor to the Cu(II)‐polymer conjugate depends upon the Cu(II) concentration in the copolymer and also upon the concentration of the protein.
