Determination of Nicotinamide in Food and Human Fluid Samples by Capillary

Abstract: A rapid and simple capillary electrophoresis (CE) coupled with chemiluminescence (CL) detection was proposed for analysis of nicotinamide. This method was based on the inhibitory effect of nicotinamide to CL reaction of luminol-K 3 Fe(CN) 6 in alkaline aqueous solution.
