“…Figure c showed the SWVs of different concentrations of MTX at Fe 3 O 4 /ITO electrode that revealed a broad oxidation peak at −0.37 V, and the current peak was increased with increasing the MTX concentration. The relationship between the current peak and the MTX concentrations showed a linear relationship within a range from 10 −8 to 10 −14 M (Figure d) with a LOD of 0.4×10 −15 M. The electrochemical activity of our modified electrode was compared with some other electrodes previously reported for the electrochemical determination of MTX (Table ), which revealed that our modified electrode owned a lower LOD and a wider linear range for MTX determination in comparing with most previously reported electrodes . Thus SWV was used for further electrochemical measurements.…”
