Determinants of Transport Company Value and the Selection of Valuation Methods

Abstract: The development of a company significantly influences its final value. The value of a transport company can be determined for various legal acts, which also influence the selection of valuation methods. The view of the transport company may differ, depending on whether it is seen by investors or the company owners.
