El estudio tiene como objetivo determinar el grado de predicción de la resiliencia sobre la conducta disocial en estudiantes de educación secundaria de Huamachuco, 2021; es una investigación de tipo básica, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental transeccional, correlacional explicativo. La muestra fue probabilística, conformada por 169 estudiantes. Se aplicó dos instrumentos, una escala de resiliencia y un cuestionario de conductas disociales. Las correlaciones se realizaron mediante Spearman y la regresión lineal simple con base en la prueba ANOVA para responder a los objetivos y confirmar la predicción. Los resultados evidencian un Rho = -0.866, con nivel de significancia menor al 1% (p < 0.01), la cual indica que la resiliencia se relaciona de manera inversa y altamente significativa con las conductas disociales. Asimismo, se mostró que el coeficiente de determinación de R2 es 0.76, lo cual significa que la resiliencia explica el 76% de las conductas disociales, y el 24% restante es explicado por otros factores. Finalmente, se determinó que las dimensiones de la resiliencia, cada una, se relaciona de manera inversa y altamente significativa con las conductas disociales.
