Determinants of Multicultural Identity for Well-Being and Performance

Abstract: Cultural diversity, which poses both challenges and opportunities in a multicultural education setting, necessitates recognising factors that promote multicultural identities of educators to maximise multicultural attitudes for their wellbeing and performance.
