Determinantes da satisfação com o serviço de água e saneamento: A opinião das partes interessadas na Pacasmayo

Abstract: El propósito de este trabajo fue analizar los factores críticos de éxito determinantes de la satisfacción (FCEDS) de acuerdo a la opinión de los stakeholders vinculados a la gestión del servicio de agua y saneamiento en la Municipalidad de Pacasmayo en Perú.
