Detection of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Resistance to Pyrazinamide Antibiotic Using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Technique

Abstract: The tuberculosis treatment control program is constrained by the outbreak of TB that is resistant to anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT), especially multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.
