Detection of light chain restriction in chronic B-lymphoid leukaemia and B-non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

Abstract: Summary The determination of immunoglobulin light chain restriction using monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies is a rapid method for the detection of a neoplastic B‐cell‐population.
