Abstract: The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the diagnostic performance of a commercial serum antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) modified to detect anti– Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) antibodies in pen-based oral fluid specimens.
