Detection of ALK Gene Rearrangement in Cell-free RNA from Lung Cancer Malignant Pleural Effusion

Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of measuring ALK gene rearrangement in cell-free RNA (cf-RNA) of the supernatant from malignant pleural effusion (MPE).
