Detection of anti-basement membrane zone antibodies in the blister fluid in subepidermal autoimmune bullous diseases

Abstract: Background:Subepidermal autoimmune bullous diseases (sAIBD) are diverse of conditions with clinicopathological overlap. Circulating autoantibodies in the serum can be demonstrated using indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) microscopy.
