Abstract: Argumentamos que as medidas do governo Bolsonaro contra os colegiados nacionais e seus efeitos não são homogêneas e que a compreensão de sua variação requer uma abordagem analítica e empiricamente sensível à lógica da mudança institucional nos subsistemas de políticas em face à mudança na política.
