O motor a relutância variável (MRV) vem ganhando espaço nas últimas décadas devido ao avanço da eletrônica de potência e do controle. Com isso, novas pesquisas vêm surgindo em busca de metodologias que possam aumentar sua eficiência. O objetivo deste trabalho foi o desenvolvimento de uma plataforma de instrumentação virtual que possibilitasse o acionamento de um MRV 8/6, tanto quanto, permitisse o monitoramento de grandezas fundamentais para seu estudo durante os experimentos, agrupando todas as funcionalidades em uma única interface. Foi utilizado um sistema de acionamento robusto, com capacidade de aplicar o controle implementado através do DSP/FPGA do myRIO-1900. O sistema de aquisição de dados aplicado foi composto por sensores de corrente, de tensão, de posição e de conjugado, fornecendo informações para o controle do acionamento e para inspeção em tempo real das grandezas. Para demonstração da capacidade da plataforma criada realizou-se ensaios, acionando o MRV 8/6 e coletando as formas de onda disposta no supervisório, as quais foram comparadas com os sinais coletados por instrumentos de medição convencionais. Os ensaios demonstraram que a plataforma desenvolvida apresentou resultados confiáveis, com baixo erro de medição, e executaram a lógica de acionamento correta.

Switched reluctance motors (SRM) are a type of electromagnetic machine that has piqued the interest of manufacturers, as opposed to induction, brushless, or permanent magnet machines. This is because the rotor is simple, robust, and lacks coils, windings, and permanent magnets. It can also operate in a wide range of power in the electric vehicle's drive, even in extreme conditions such as underground mines, ensuring a longer life of service. However, due to the toothed shape of the rotor, the SRM is characterized by vibration and acoustic noise. To solve this problem to better adapt the SRM to the electric vehicle, we propose to use intelligent techniques such as the controller (ANN) and the fractional order controller (PI α ). This article compares two intelligent speed controllers that use direct torque control (DTC) to reduce torque ripples. As a result, when associated with direct torque control, the Fractional Order Controller (PI α ) outperforms the Artificial Neural Network (ANN).

Investigation of Static Characteristics in Six-Phase Switched Reluctance Motors under Different Winding Connections

The effect of the winding connections on the static torque in six-phase switched reluctance motors (SRMs) is investigated in this paper. Different winding connections for the six-phase SRMs are shown and compared. Under the conditions of different winding connections, the self-inductance and mutual inductance of a six-phase SRM are compared and analyzed. Six-phase SRMs can be running in two-phase excitation mode and three-phase excitation mode, and in these two modes, the static torque characteristics with different poles polarities arrangements are compared and analyzed. The comparison of the static torque in a six-phase SRM with different winding connections is obtained by the Maxwell 2D and experiments. Based on the results, an optimal winding connection mode for starting stage of the six-phase SRMs is proposed. INDEX TERMS Switched reluctance motor (SRM), pole polarity, winding connection, torque.
