Design of Nonfragile State Estimator for Discrete-Time Genetic Regulatory Networks Subject to Randomly Occurring Uncertainties and Time-Varying Delays

Abstract: We deal with the design problem of nonfragile state estimator for discrete-time genetic regulatory networks (GRNs) with timevarying delays and randomly occurring uncertainties.
