Design of Analog Signal Processing Integrated Circuit for Multi-Channel Biomedical Strain Measurement Instrument

Abstract: An analog signal processing integrated circuit for micro-cantilever array is designed for strain measurement in biomedical applications. The chip includes an analog multiplexer, an instrumentation amplifier, a sample and hold circuit, an on-chip voltage and current reference, a successive approximation register analog-todigital converter and a digital control unit.
