Desafios da adesão à dieta sem glúten

Abstract: A dieta sem glúten é utilizada recorrentemente como estratégia para o tratamento de diversas doenças. No entanto, as restrições provocadas por ela a tornam desafiadora, levando a altos percentuais de não adesão.
