Depressive and bipolar disorders: patients' attitudes and beliefs towards depression and antidepressants

Abstract: Lack of knowledge about affective disorder and its treatment and a critical attitude, especially among older patients, may add to an adverse prognosis of depressive and bipolar disorders.
