Demographic, Reproductive, and Medical Risk Factors for Intrauterine Device Expulsion

Abstract: Intrauterine device (IUD) expulsion is more common among women with heavy menstrual bleeding, parity, higher body mass index (BMI), younger age, dysmenorrhea, or immediate postabortion or postpartum insertion.
