Demographic impacts on interpersonal conflict, mistreatment and discrimination: A survey of labor in public sector of Balochistan, Pakistan

Abstract: The main purpose of this paper was to investigate the demographic effects on three interrelated variables that is, interpersonal conflict, mistreatment and discrimination.
