Delivering efficient psychotherapy

Abstract

The central thesis of this article is that trauma specific psychological therapy provides more efficient and effective psychotherapy than non-trauma specific psychotherapy with clients who present to psychological therapy department’s. I will use a case study narrative to illustrate how I use trauma specific psychotherapy in my work.
