Degree of Principals’ Leadership Behavior as Estimated by Teachers at Central West Bank Governorates in Palestine

Abstract: This study aimed at identifying the degree of principals’ leadership behavior at central West Bank in Palestine, i. e. the governorates of Jerusalem, Ramalla, Bethlehem, and Jericho, from teachers’ viewpoints.
