“…Many companies tend to associate social media primarily with social networks and may overlook the broader range of dimensions and possibilities they offer. Because of their nature, which is constantly changing and evolving, they are often referred to as "digital Swiss army knife" which is why there are few formally accepted definitions of social media (Nau et al, 2022).
