Green Economy and Green Victimology are two interrelated concepts in the context of environmental protection and social justice. This study explores how applying Green Economy principles can help prevent environmental crimes and protect victims through sustainable economic policies. The methods used are literature analysis, case studies, and interviews with experts in the fields of Green Economy and Green Victimology. The research results show that applying Green Economy principles, such as the efficient use of resources, renewable energy, environmentally friendly policies, and green investment, can reduce the number of environmental crimes and their impact on humans and ecosystems. Also, Green economy policies can create incentives for companies to adopt environmentally friendly business practices, thereby reducing the risk of environmental crimes and protecting the victims who may be affected.

The recovery of state financial losses due to corruption in Indonesia does not reduce the criminal risk for corruptors, and the purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of asset forfeiture from corruption in Indonesia. This comparative normative legal research compares the recovery of state losses due to corruption in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. This research confirms that. First, the current legal framework for collecting and seizing corruption-related assets in Indonesia must be revised to recover state financial losses. Second, the existing mechanisms need to be improved for law enforcement against corruption, particularly the recovery of state losses. When compared to Saudi Arabia, the mechanism for recovering corruption assets in Indonesia is less efficient, considering that in Saudi Arabia, corruptors may lose 70% of their wealth confiscated by the Saudi Arabian government. Third, the seizure of corrupt assets in Indonesia must use the paradigm of unexplained wealth. This approach allows for confiscating assets belonging to people whose value is grossly disproportionate to their known income and who cannot prove (using reverse proof) that they acquired the assets legally.

Foreign bribery is a crime that occurs when an individual or company gives, promises, or offers something of value to a foreign official or person holding a public position in another country to obtain or retain a business advantage. This research explores the negative impact of the shadow economy, with a special focus on the practice of foreign bribery in Indonesia. This study uses a normative juridical approach. Researchers analyze and process collected materials qualitatively to classify legal materials and content analysis. The study's findings indicate that foreign bribery, a form of corruption involving illegal transactions between companies and foreign officials, is one manifestation of the shadow economy. This phenomenon threatens Indonesia's economic stability, social justice, and institutional integrity. Foreign bribery is against the principles of Pancasila, the Indonesian nation's basic ideology. This practice produces social and economic injustice by benefiting some people while harming others, often the most vulnerable. Indonesia needs urgent action to combat foreign bribery and its negative impact on the shadow economy. Through regulation of foreign bribery, effective law enforcement, and public education about the dangers of foreign bribery, Indonesia can strengthen the principles of Pancasila and build a more just and prosperous society.
