Abstract:Este artigo objetiva decompor os fatores responsáveis pela evolução das emissões de gases de efeito estufa (GEE) dos países do BRIC (Brasil, Rússia, Índia e China) de 1995 a 2009. Para tanto, foi utilizado o método de análise de decomposição estrutural a partir das matrizes de insumo-produto e emissões setoriais de GEE da World Input-Output Database (WIOD).
