Decameter mid-latitude sporadic-E irregularities in relation with gravity waves

Abstract: Abstract. HF radar observations of mid-latitude spo- radic-E irregularities carried out with the Valensole radar in South France are compared with simultaneous ionosonde measurements underneath the irregularity zones.
