Debriefing Model for Psychological Safety in Nursing Simulations: A Qualitative Study

Abstract: This study was conducted to explore nursing students’ emotional experiences during simulations, and to develop a debriefing model for psychological safety in nursing simulations by qualitatively analyzing data.
