However, only 1 death was reported of a patient having taken 2,000 mg of baclofen in association with dipyrone, oxybutynin, terazosin, acetylsalicylic acid, defibrotide and laxatives [12]. The national survey performed between 2003 and 2007 by the French Poison Information and Toxicovigilance Centres [17] concluded that a supposed ingested dose of baclofen higher than 150, 300 and 1,250 mg could be related to a serious, very serious and fatal intoxication, respectively.…”
