The exponential rise of the cloud computing paradigm has led to the cybersecurity concerns, taking into account the fact that the resources are shared and mediated by a ‘hypervisor’ that may be attacked and user data can be compromised or hacked. In order to better define these threats to which a cloud hypervisor is exposed, we conducted an in-depth analysis and highlighted the security concerns of the cloud. We basically focused on the two particular issues, i.e., (a) data breaches and (b) weak authentication. For in-depth analysis, we have successfully demonstrated a fully functional private cloud infrastructure running on CloudStack for the software management and orchestrated a valid hack. We analyzed the popular open-source hypervisors, followed by an extensive study of the vulnerability reports associated with them. Based on our findings, we propose the characterization and countermeasures of hypervisor’s vulnerabilities. These investigations can be used to understand the potential attack paths on cloud computing and Cloud-of-Things (CoT) applications and identify the vulnerabilities that enabled them.

Nowadays cloud computing is emerging technology in engineering which gives on-demand resources which located on internet. It is also provide storage of large amount of data to the cloud users which use cloud services and distribute data on different server for huge speed over the network. Using distributed system we cannot get security of user's confidential data. It becomes the main problem in cloud users who uses cloud computing environment. So to increase the security problem, we can propose an encryption algorithm for better and better performance. It is a new approach and it met the requirements of public key systems. By using algorithm it will increase the security in data and consumes less time and less cost. The efficacy of the proposed architecture is evaluated through theoretical analyses and extensive experimental results based on a prototype implementation subject to the TPC-Standard benchmark for different numbers of clients and network latencies.

Abstract-Professional use of cloud health storage around the world implies Information-Retrieval extensions. These developments should help users find what they need among thousands or billions of enterprise documents and reports. However, extensions must offer protection against existing threats, for instance, hackers, server administrators and service providers who use people's personal data for their own purposes. Indeed, cloud servers maintain traces of user activities and queries, which compromise user security against network hackers. Even cloud servers can use those traces to adapt or personalize their platforms without users' agreements. For this purpose, we suggest implementing Private Information Retrieval (PIR) protocols to ease the retrieval task and secure it from both servers and hackers. We study the effectiveness of this solution through an evaluation of information retrieval time, recall and precision. The experimental results show that our framework ensures a reasonable and acceptable level of confidentiality for retrieval of data through cloud services.
