Swimming learning was temporarily suspended, as well as the learning process that should be face-to-face, changed to an online learning process that requires educators to be able to produce a learning innovation to maintain student achievement. This is what underlies the research which aims to analyze the impact of YouTube-assisted learning on the understanding of concepts and swimming speed of elementary school students. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental design in the form of a posttest control group design. the population of this study was 48. The data collection process used was the test and documentation method. The data analysis method of this research is descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis with manova. The results showed that youtube-based learning had a positive and significant impact both simultaneously and partially on the understanding of the concept and swimming speed of students, this was indicated by the sig value. < 0.05. From the results of descriptive data, research results are also obtained in the form of the variable speed of students is more influenced by youtube-based learning than the variable understanding of the concept. So, it can be recommended that youTube-based learning can be used as an innovative learning for swimming.

Taxes have an element of coercion resulting in many companies as taxpayers trying to practice tax resistance. Tax aggressiveness is one of the obstacles that occur in tax collection, resulting in reduced state treasury revenues. Tax aggressiveness can be done through a mechanism that is classified as tax evasion or tax avoidance. This study aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Capital Intensity and Corporate Social Responsibility on Tax Aggressiveness with Profitability as a moderator in LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was conducted in the period 2014 – 2018 with a total research sample of 8 companies and using a purposive sampling method. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques and multiple linear regression methods and tests on moderating variables with the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method. The results of this study prove that Capital Intensity has a significant effect on Tax Aggressiveness, but Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on Tax Aggressiveness. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Capital Intensity and Corporate Social Responsibility have a significant effect on Tax Aggressiveness. In addition, the results of this study also prove that profitability cannot moderate the corporate social responsibility variable on tax aggressiveness.

The majority of social media users accessing the Youtube platform cannot be separated from the advantages in it. The main advantage is the ease of accessing and uploading videos available on Youtube with the internet for free without any space and time limitations. The purpose of this study was to find out and describe student responses when using the resume method via YouTube social media in learning mathematics. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method by collecting questionnaires from students taking mathematics courses. The results of the average percentage score of the overall student response to resuming videos on Youtube reached 80%. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive quantitative while to test the validity of the questionnaire with Pearson Correlation and the reliability of the questionnaire with Cronbach Alpha using SPSS. This shows that the student's response when the ethics of resuming videos on Youtube in mathematics learning is positive.
