The working process of concrete mixture compaction is investigated. The model of the processing medium is determined, which is characterized by three stages. At the first stage of compaction it is a free-flowing medium, at the second and third stages of compaction it is an elastic-viscoplastic medium. This result lies in the definition of the physical and mathematical model, the equations of motion. The vibration system «machine-medium» at any moment of movement consists of two components -one is capable of accumulating energy that passes from one form to another (reactance), and the second is energy dissipation (active resistance). The influence of active and reactive forces on the general movement of the system under study has been investigated and determined. By solving the equations, analytical dependencies were obtained, which established the laws of motion of the «Vibration machine -sealing medium» system. Practical implementation for technical systems for the formation of concrete products and soil compaction processes under the main pipeline has been carried out. An algorithm and method for calculating the main parameters of vibration systems for compaction of working media have been developed.

The main sources of surface wastewater pollution are products of soil washout, destruction of asphalt and so on. Surface wastewater pollutes water bodies with suspended, surface-active substances, oil products, organic impurities, heavy metal ions and other pollutants. Precipitation leads to pollution and siltation of watercourse channels, disrupts the vital activity of living organisms, microorganisms, and has a negative effect on the biocenosis and self-cleaning ability of water bodies. The aim of the study was to develop a technology for treating surface wastewater from coal industry enterprises using a new water filtering facility, a clarifier reactor. The composition of the enterprise’s surface wastewater was studied. A draft of a new wastewater treatment plant and a clarifier reactor were developed. The quality of the treated water corresponded to the requirements. As a result of theoretical and experimental studies, a technology for the storm sewage treatment of industrial enterprises was developed, which allows them to be dumped into open water bodies or used for disposal in industrial water supply enterprises.

The disadvantage of this method is the additional costs of using drilling machines and disposal of soil, which also leads to an increase in labor costs and a decrease in work productivity. It is necessary to place an additional set of drilling equipment, an excavator and vehicles for soil removal at the construction site. The authors proposed a technology, when the piles are driven into the leader wells to the depth of the frozen soil to solve this problem. The wells are arranged by means of a thermal vibrolider, installed on the head of a pile driver, on its adjacent face with a pile hammer and moved along it with the help of guides under the cable transmission action. Thermovibrolider is made in the form of a cylindrical hollow rod with a tip, where a vibrating submer is installed. A heating coil is installed in the tip, and there are ribs along its lateral surface, used for cutting soil and breaking its solidity, but also for transferring additional heat to it, which leads to intensification of thawing processes. The presented technological solution makes it possible to increase the efficiency and reliability of the driving piles process into such soil by eliminating of pile shafts destruction during their immersion through the frozen layer, as well as reducing the values of the piles deviations in the planned position.
