“…In the meiosis of pollen mother cells of FI hybrids between Heines Hellkorn and Sv 01 and Sv 25, respectively, hexavalent chromosome configurations occurred most frequently. The occurrence of hexavalents in F1 hybrids of S. cereale and S. vavilovii indicates the presence of chromosomal translocations confirming earlier reports by Jain (1960), Khush & Stebbins (1961) and Carmona & Puertas (1977). In addition, seven bivalents were predominantly observed in the FI hybrid Sv 01 x Sv 25 which showed karyotypic homology between the two accessions.…”

“…N~~RNBERG-KRUGER (1960), STUTZ (1957), RILEY (1955) and STEB-BINS & KHUSH (1961) have found hexavalents in the meiotic first metaphase (MI) of the hybrid of S. cereale (9) and S. montanum (8). N~RNBERG-KRUGER (1960), JAIN (1960), STEBBINS & KHUSH (1961) and KRANZ (1961KRANZ ( , 1963 have seen hexavalents in the MI hybrids between S. cereale and S. vavilovii.…”

“…This is probably due to a spontaneous extra translocation between one chromosome of the natural translocation complex and one of the rest of the genome. JAIN (1960) and KRANZ (1961) have seen a heteromorphic bivalent and another pair of chromosomes of abnormal structure carrying the nucleoli, in the hybrids of S. cereale x S. vavilovii.…”

“…Не-смотря на предсказанные трудности получения маркеров для ржи (Jain, 1960), сейчас уже имеется значительное количество генетических и цитологических маркеров для всех хромосом ржи. На основе сопоставления данных, полученных в результате генетического анализа ржи, пшеницы, тритикале, а также пшенично-ржаных допол-ненных и замещенных линий, было составлено подробное описание обозначений генных символов, локализации и сцепления генов ржи (Schlegel, Korzun, 2015).…”
