Cyberlindnera jadinii yeast as a protein source for broiler chickens: effects on growth performance and digestive function from hatching to 30 days of age

Abstract: Europe is heavily dependent on imported feed protein sources such as soybean meal ( SBM ); thus, investigating local sustainable alternatives is crucial to increase self-sufficiency.
