Cutaneous spreading of parathyroid carcinoma after fine needle aspiration cytology

Abstract: The use of FNAC should be carefully assessed in the presence of suspect parathyroid carcinoma, because this could cause a possible diffusion of a parathyroid carcinoma along the needle tract.
