Post-harvest handling and ripening techniques have an impact on peach quality and shelf life, which has a big impact on consumer satisfaction and market competitiveness. This review paper examines recent advancements in ripening techniques and post-harvest technologies with the goal of improving peach fruit quality and sustainability. The factors impacting fruit quality after harvest and the physiological changes that occur throughout peach ripening are fully explained. For maintaining peach freshness and reducing losses, novel handling methods like modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and controlled atmosphere storage (CAS) have been investigated. The study explores the possibilities of nanotechnology applications and low-temperature storage for prolonging shelf life while maintaining texture, flavor, and aroma. This study further analyzes the effectiveness and waste reduction potential of automation and mechanization in post-harvest activities. The paper also discusses ethylene-based and non-ethylene-based ripening agents, as well as innovative techniques including gene editing and RNAi technology for controlled and delayed ripening. Analyses are performed on how these technologies affect the sensory qualities and nutrient profiles of peaches. The study emphasizes the significance of sustainable practices in the peach industry by focusing on waste reduction, resource efficiency, and circular economy integration. Post-harvest technologies’ potential environmental consequences are taken into consideration, and the paper encourages more studies and cooperation to increase sustainability.

Cao Bang province has great potential for tourism development in general and community tourism in particular thanks to its wealth of geological, geomorphological, biodiversity, environmental and cultural heritages. unique culture and humanity. Since UNESCO recognized Non Nuoc Cao Bang Global Geopark in 2018, tourism in the province has made great progress. However, CBT here has not yet developed strongly due to many barriers. Summarizing the opinions of 250 people from 06 CBT villages in the province and the comments of the Standing Committee of 6 Commune People's Committees with CBT villages will see the factors affecting the decision to participate in CBT development of households. indigenous people. Using exploratory factor analysis and multivariate regression methods with interview information from 250 people, it shows the influencing factors and their importance in influencing the decision to participate. CBT of households. In descending order of importance, these factors are arranged in the following order: economic benefits of households when participating in CBT, support policies of local authorities, support from businesses and non-governmental organizations government, local resources, social capital and the conditions of natural, material, financial, and labor resources of households. Impacting on these influencing factors is the solution to promote CBT in the province.

In order to further explore the rural ecological environment promoting the new retail format, the research on improving the mechanism of bilateral economic interest linkage between agricultural enterprises and farmers under the rural ecological environment promoting the new retail format was proposed. Through in-depth analysis of the bilateral interest linkage mechanism between agricultural enterprises and farmers under the new retail format, this study starts with specific cases to deeply summarize the specific problems of the bilateral economic interest linkage mechanism between agricultural enterprises and farmers under the development trend of the rural ecological environment and fully reveal the unreasonable phenomena in the linkage mechanism. The results show that the main problems of the current agricultural enterprise linkage mechanism are the frequent occurrence of default events, the low stability of the linkage, the loose connections, and the lack of risk sharing and value creation mechanisms. On this basis, starting from the economic benefits acquisition and development needs of farmers and enterprises, this paper focuses on the innovation and improvement strategies of the bilateral economic benefit linkage mechanism from the aspects of the development of cooperative economic organizations, capital investment, and innovation of the industrial operation mode.
