PurposeThis study aims to investigate the effect of knowledge hiding on individual task performance and examine the moderating influence of transformational leadership.Design/methodology/approachThis study included 256 participants employed by financing companies in Indonesia. In addition, to analyze the data, descriptive statistics were computed using SPSS 25, and the structural equation model-partial least square (SEM-PLS) was used for hypothesis testing.FindingsThe findings revealed the negative effects of knowledge hiding on individual task performance and its potential consequences for individuals and organizations. However, it also suggested that transformational leadership may not be sufficient to reduce the negative effects of knowledge hiding on individual task performance.Research limitations/implicationsThis study only focused on the context of a specific industry or country, which limited the generalizability of the findings.Practical implicationsThis study enriches the understanding of the importance of addressing knowledge-hiding behaviors and investigating additional factors that can enhance task performance in organizations.Originality/valueThis study adds value to the existing literature by emphasizing the importance of investigating supplementary factors other than transformational leadership that have the potential to reduce the negative effects of knowledge hiding on organizational performance.

The government designed the program "Freedom of Learning in Independent Campuses" and required universities to overhaul the pattern of higher education because it is the spearhead of the world of work and the nation's future. The research aims to explain the dynamics of higher education leaders, including faculty deans, study program heads, and study program secretaries, in realizing independent learning program activities at the independent campus of Bhayangkara University, Jabodetabek. The research paradigm used is post-positivism, with a case study approach involving 12 informants and 4 key informants. Collecting research data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies about the involvement of university leaders, faculties, and study programs in the implementation of MBKM. Data were analyzed descriptively with manual data analysis procedures. The results of the study indicate that the standard of leadership understanding of the implementation of the Independent Learning Campus has not been standardized properly. In addition, managerial competence and leadership agility have not been optimally categorized as satisfactory. Keywords: Independent Learning Program Independent Campus (MBKM). Pendalaman iman dewasa adalah upaya Gereja Katolik Indonesia untuk makin menumbuh-kembangkan anugerah iman yang telah kita terima dalam pembaptisan. Pendalaman iman merupakan komunikasi iman atau tukar menukar pengalaman iman antara anggota atau kelompok. Pendalaman iman memiliki hubungan batin dengan seluruh kegiatan liturgis dan sacramental. Pendalaman iman dalam liturgi adalah pendalaman iman yang dirayakan dalam litugi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendalaman iman litugi terhadap keterlibatan umat dalam perayaan ekaristi di Lingkungan Santo Petrus Paroki St. Petrus dan Paulus Balikpapan. Penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data diperoleh melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada umat lingkungan Santo Petrus sebanyak 30 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan rumus F(%) prosen dan regresi. Dengan uji signifikansi Regresi X terhadap Y dengan hipotesis dengan nilai 2,6 menunjukkan lebih kecil daripada Ftab sebesar 4,2. Berdasarakan hasil pengolahan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendalaman iman Liturgi tidak ada pengaruh terhadap keterlibatan umat dalam perayaan Ekaristi.
